A law firm in Helena, MT, seeks a skilled Commercial Attorney with 3-10 years of experience to join their team. Duties:

• Provide legal advice and representation to clients on commercial matters, including estate planning, business transactions, governance, and real estate.
• Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support client cases.
• Represent clients in court or before regulatory agencies as needed.
• Develop and maintain client relationships to ensure high-quality service and satisfaction.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations affecting commercial matters.

• Manage a caseload efficiently, meeting deadlines and maintaining accurate records.

Requirements:

• 3-10 years of experience in commercial law, with expertise in one or more of the following areas: estate planning and administration, business transactions and governance, and real estate.
• Must be licensed and in good standing in Montana or eligible for admission by examination or waiver.
• Proven track record of successfully handling commercial legal matters.
• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in Montana or eligible for admission by examination or waiver.
