Duties:

  • Litigate complex catastrophic injury cases, including:
    • Wrongful death
    • Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI)
    • Severe burns
    • Paralysis
    • Major accidents involving 18-wheelers, commercial vehicles, and industrial premises incidents
  • Develop and execute trial preparation strategies
  • Engage in client advocacy throughout all phases of the litigation process
  • Negotiate settlements and manage trial proceedings
  • Collaborate with legal teams to ensure comprehensive case management
  • Communicate with clients, experts, and witnesses to build a robust case

Requirements:

  • Extensive trial experience, particularly in catastrophic injury or wrongful death cases
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve 8-figure verdicts
  • Deep knowledge of Texas personal injury law
  • Proficiency in trial preparation and litigation strategies
  • Strong courtroom presence with exceptional communication and negotiation skills

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
  • An active member of the Texas State Bar in good standing
