The candidate will assist senior attorneys and managing partner with motions, discovery, depositions, court appearances, trial preparation, and trial. Must preferably have experience handling civil and commercial litigation, including cases involving product liability, catastrophic losses, personal injury, wrongful death, premises liability, motor vehicle negligence, negligent security, intentional torts, elder law, and special education law.
