Advise clients on customs and import control matters, including tariff classification, valuation, transfer pricing, and audits
Counsel clients on forced labor compliance and enforcement of antidumping and countervailing duty orders
Represent clients in dealings with U.S. Customs and Border Protection and other regulatory agencies
Draft legal opinions, prepare filings, and develop compliance strategies for international trade issues
Manage multiple, complex matters while maintaining client relationships
Stay current with developments in U.S. and international trade law and regulations
Collaborate with attorneys across practice groups for multidisciplinary client matters
Support business development initiatives, including client outreach and industry presentations
Minimum of 7 years of experience in international trade law, focusing on customs compliance, trade remedies, and regulatory matters
