The successful candidate will collaborate with partners and contribute significantly to the team, focusing on ADA and accommodations law, website accessibility, and California privacy-related litigation.

Duties

• Work on litigation matters involving ADA and accommodations law.
• Collaborate with team members to provide strategic guidance on ADA compliance.
• Handle physical accessibility and California privacy-related litigation.
• Conduct legal research and writing.
• Support the team on employment & labor and litigation matters as needed.

Requirements

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in the State of California and in good standing.

Skills

• At least one year of litigation experience required.
• Experience with ADA accessibility and CIPA privacy law is a plus.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with technology.
