Job Overview

Duties

• Engage in debt project finance, including drafting credit agreements and collateral documents.
• Participate in tax equity financings and tax credit sales.
• Conduct due diligence on offtake, EPC, supply, and O&M contracts.
• Collaborate across offices with partner mentorship.
• Develop client relationships and business opportunities.

Requirements

• 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Transactional experience in debt project finance or tax equity financings.
• Exposure to tax credit transferability and infrastructure is a plus.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree.

Certifications

• Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction.
