Duties:

• Represent clients in personal injury matters, including litigation and negotiation

• Draft pleadings, discovery responses, and legal briefs

• Conduct depositions, hearings, and court appearances

• Engage in case evaluation, legal research, and trial preparation

• Maintain clear, ongoing communication with clients

• Collaborate with support staff and the legal team for case progression

• Utilize case management systems for documentation and workflow

Requirements:

• Active license to practice law in the Commonwealth of Virginia

• 1-3 years of experience in personal injury litigation

• Proficiency in oral and written communication

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities

• Client-focused mindset with interpersonal sensitivity

• Familiarity with legal research tools and case management software

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Admission to the Virginia State Bar (active and in good standing)
