A reputable boutique immigration law firm in Mesa, Arizona is seeking a self-motivated and driven Immigration Attorney to join its legal team. This position offers a unique opportunity to work in a firm that handles all areas of immigration law-including family-based, removal defense, and employment-based immigration-within a supportive and family-centered environment. Location:

Duties:

  • Handle a broad range of immigration cases across multiple categories

  • Draft motions, pleadings, and legal briefs

  • Prepare and file immigration applications and petitions

  • Represent clients in immigration court hearings and USCIS interviews

  • Maintain frequent and professional communication with clients

  • Work under the supervision of the firm’s managing attorney

  • Collaborate with legal staff while managing individual caseloads

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated self-motivation and ability to work independently

  • Comfortable with court appearances and regular client interaction

  • Strong time management and multitasking abilities

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Willingness to learn and work under pressure

  • Professional demeanor in client-facing situations

  • Entry-level candidates with the right attitude will be considered

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:

  • Licensed to practice law in any U.S. state (Arizona preferred)
