Duties

  • Open new files and maintain regular client contact.
  • Investigate cases, gather and analyze relevant documents.
  • Verify insurance coverage and maintain communication with insurers.

  • Organize and maintain case files for demand submission.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of Workers Compensation experience.

  • Basic knowledge of medical and insurance terminology preferred.
  • Spanish speaking is a plus.

Education
