Job Overview
A law firm seeks a Corporate Associate to join their Corporate Trusts team in New York City. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of transactional experience representing financial institutions and corporate trust clients in various transactions.

Duties

  • Represent clients in structured finance, municipal debt, and public finance transactions.
  • Review, negotiate, and draft transactional agreements, including trust indentures and loan agreements.
  • Manage multiple transactions and assignments effectively.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve client objectives.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of transactional experience in corporate trust transactions.
  • Experience with structured finance and municipal debt preferred.
  • Strong organizational, writing, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Admission to the New York State Bar.
