Duties

• Manage a full caseload effectively.
• Prepare initial case assessments and reports.
• Conduct motion practice efficiently.
• Prepare discovery requests and responses.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Communicate directly with attorneys and clients via telephone and email.
• Track and record billed time on file-related tasks.
• Oversee associates in their duties.

Requirements

• Admitted to practice law in the State of Florida.
• 3-6 years of civil litigation experience in state and/or federal court.
• Strong writing skills and self-motivation.

Education

• Juris Doctorate.

Certifications

• Member in Good Standing with the Florida Bar.
