Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Commercial Leasing Associate in West Palm Beach, FL. This role offers the chance to engage with sophisticated clients in the dynamic data center and energy sectors. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 7 years of commercial leasing experience.

Duties

• Draft and negotiate commercial leases and related agreements.
• Handle transfer consents, lender subordination agreements, work letters, and SNDAs.
• Address development issues related to power, water, and fiber-optic infrastructure.
• Engage in zoning, entitlements, and permit processes.

Requirements

• 4 to 7 years of commercial leasing experience.
• Experience with service level agreements and data center construction preferred.
• Am Law 100 firm experience required.
• Juris Doctor degree from an ABA accredited law school.
• Bar admission or eligibility to obtain admission promptly in the jurisdiction of resident office location.

Education

• Juris Doctor degree from an ABA accredited law school.
