Duties

• Draft and negotiate intricate loan agreements for commercial banking transactions.
• Conduct comprehensive due diligence, including real estate and asset-based lending assessments.
• Advise clients on construction lending and land development financing.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of substantive experience in commercial banking transactions.
• Strong expertise in loan documentation, financial structuring, and risk assessment.

• Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Minnesota State Bar or eligibility for admission.
