Job Overview
A law firm seeks a motivated and experienced estate planning and tax attorney with 3-5 years of experience to join their Boynton Beach, FL office. This position offers the opportunity to work with a high-quality client base, handle sophisticated planning and administration matters, and play an integral role in a growing South Florida practice.

Duties

  • Counsel clients on estate planning, wealth transfer, and tax matters.
  • Draft and implement estate planning documents, including wills and trusts.
  • Manage trust and probate administration from inception through completion.
  • Advise clients on trust funding, asset titling, and administration strategies.
  • Maintain frequent and direct client contact.
  • Collaborate with attorneys across firm offices and practice areas.
  • Travel to nearby cities as client needs require.

Requirements

  • Active admission to the Florida Bar.
  • 3-5 years of experience in estate planning, estate administration, and tax matters.
  • Experience with elder law and wealth planning preferred.
  • Ability to step into an active caseload with minimal ramp-up.
  • Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple matters efficiently.
  • Comfortable working independently while contributing to a team-based practice.
  • Proficient with legal technology and modern law office systems.
  • Familiarity with Florida probate courts and local procedures.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Active Florida Bar admission.
