Duties

• Manage litigation and conduct legal research.
• Draft legal documents and agreements.
• Advise on employment-related matters and reductions in force.
• Handle class and collective action defenses.
• Provide day-to-day advice and counsel to clients.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in labor and employment law.
• Strong knowledge of state and federal employment laws.
• Experience with class actions and PAGA claims.
• Trial experience preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD)

Certifications

• Admitted to practice in California
