Duties

Requirements

• Member in good standing with the California State Bar.
• Strong interest in courtroom work and legal research.

• Dependable with a strong work ethic.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Certified Family Law Specialist (preferred).
• Qualified for Juvenile Court (preferred).
• Admitted to Federal Court (preferred).
• Admitted to Bankruptcy Court (preferred).

Skills

• Fluency in English; bilingual in Spanish or other languages preferred.
• Strong math skills for asset division and support computation.
