A law firm seeks a full-time partnership-track associate with at least 2 years of experience in bank mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, or bank corporate governance for their Washington, D.C. office. Duties

  • Assist with bank mergers and acquisitions.
  • Engage in capital raising activities.

Requirements

  • D.C. or Texas bar membership preferred, required within one year.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

  • Bar membership in D.C. or Texas preferred.

  • Knowledge of capital raising and corporate governance.
  • Understanding of regulatory issues in financial services.
  • Experience with FinTech or Emerging Growth Companies.
