Job Overview

A law firm seeks a junior to mid-level associate for their Capital Markets, Securities & Public Company Advisory team in Washington, DC. The ideal candidate will have 2-6+ years of experience in private securities offerings, securitization, or general bank lending, including asset-backed and structured lending.

Duties

• Advise clients on private securities offerings and securitization.
• Assist with general bank lending, including syndicated and asset-backed lending.
• Collaborate on structured finance transactions.
• Support the team with CLO, ABS, and CMBS matters.

Requirements

• 2-6+ years of relevant legal experience.
• Excellent academic credentials.
• Solid law firm work experience.
• Experience with CLO, ABS, and/or CMBS is a plus.

Education

• Law degree from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

• Member of the Bar in the United States.
