Duties

• Handle motions, court appearances, trials, and depositions related to personal injury cases
• Represent clients in court proceedings and settlement negotiations
• Prepare and draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery responses
• Conduct legal research and analysis for case preparation
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and support staff to manage case load
• Maintain communication with clients, providing updates and counsel
• Participate in the trial process, including preparing witnesses and trial exhibits

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in litigation or personal injury law
• Proficiency in handling motions, trials, and depositions
• Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines efficiently
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
• Admission to the State Bar of Texas
