Duties:

• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and correspondence related to construction defect matters

• Conduct legal research and develop case strategies

• Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and depositions

• Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates and legal advice

• Manage litigation cases from inception through resolution

• Ensure adherence to court and client-imposed deadlines

• Collaborate with other attorneys and legal support staff to advance client goals

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in construction defect litigation

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously

• Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities

• Familiarity with the litigation process in Florida courts

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
