Litigation Associate Attorney

Duties

• Collaborate with senior partners and support staff to develop case strategies and streamline workflows

• Conduct in-depth legal research and draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and client correspondence

• Represent clients by presenting and arguing motions in court proceedings

• Oversee administrative tasks related to client billing records and scheduling

• Counsel clients on legal options and devise step-by-step action plans to reach favorable resolutions

Requirements

• 1–2 years of litigation experience in a law firm setting

• Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple matters independently and meet deadlines

• Familiarity with leading legal research platforms (e.g., Westlaw, LexisNexis)

• Proficient use of modern office technology, including Microsoft Office applications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills across all organizational levels

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
