Job Overview

A law firm seeks an experienced Real Estate Associate to join its Corporate Services Group in either St. Louis or Kansas City. The candidate will engage in various commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, sales, leasing, joint ventures, development, and construction of real property. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with seasoned practitioners in a supportive environment.

Duties

• Manage real estate transactions, including acquisition, sale, leasing, financing, and development.
• Handle development and financing incentives, and special purpose districts.
• Oversee loan transactions and administrative procedures.
• Coordinate multiple legal matters from inception to conclusion.
• Communicate effectively with attorneys and clients.

Requirements

• 4+ years' experience in real estate, including leasing, development, and transactions.
• Strong drafting skills and experience managing various transactions.
• Ability to work independently and productively.
• Interest in advancing a career in transactional practice.

Education

• Juris Doctor

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in good standing in Missouri or another jurisdiction where the firm operates.
