Job Overview
A law firm seeks an associate attorney with over 8 years of multi-party litigation experience to join their office in Dallas, Texas. The ideal candidate will have expertise in one or more areas such as general liability, commercial, wrongful death, construction defect, premises liability, personal injury, trucking and transportation, class action, toxic tort, or maritime law.

Duties

  • Represent clients in multi-party litigation cases.
  • Conduct and manage depositions effectively.
  • Mentor and train junior associates.
  • Collaborate with legal teams on complex cases.
  • Prepare legal documents and case strategies.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of litigation experience.
  • Proficiency in one or more specified legal areas.
  • Significant deposition experience preferred.
  • Experience in mentoring associates is a plus.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

  • Licensed to practice law in Texas.
