Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Junior Level Appellate Associate to join its Miami office. Duties

• Conduct legal research and analysis for appellate cases.
• Draft briefs, motions, and other legal documents.
• Participate in oral arguments and hearings.
• Collaborate with team members on case strategy.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of appellate experience.
• Clerkship or externship experience with a state or federal court preferred.
• Strong academic credentials.
• Admission to the Florida Bar or eligibility for admission.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications
