Job Overview: A well-established law firm located in Boca Raton, FL is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Protection (PIP) Attorney to join their litigation team. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic legal environment, handling a wide range of responsibilities in managing PIP-related cases.

Duties:

• Manage a large caseload effectively, ensuring timely progress on each case.
• Attend depositions, hearings, and trials as required.
• Draft and file legal documents such as motions, memorandums, and discovery.
• Respond to complaints and discovery requests, and file motions with the court.
• Handle all aspects of litigation up to trial, supporting senior attorneys as necessary.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of litigation experience.
• 1-2 years of Personal Injury Protection (PIP) experience is required.
• Must be in good standing with the Florida Bar.
• Proven experience in prosecuting and defending PIP claims.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines consistently.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Member in good standing with the Florida Bar.

Certifications:

• Florida Bar license in good standing.
