Duties

• Analyze legal issues and provide strategic advice to clients.
• Utilize legal technology for client caseload management and billable timekeeping.
• Draft correspondence, legal pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Prepare and try cases as needed.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in Massachusetts family law and divorce practice.
• Member of the Massachusetts Bar in good standing.
• Experience handling a caseload of 25-50 cases.
• Trial experience is strongly preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• License to practice in NH is a plus.

Skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
