Duties

• Represent lenders and investors in permanent, construction, and mezzanine loan transactions.
• Close acquisitions and dispositions of commercial properties.
• Negotiate commercial leases for office, retail, warehouse, and industrial spaces.
• Collaborate effectively within a team and work independently in a fast-paced setting.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of real estate finance experience.
• Experience with commercial, healthcare, auto, office, multifamily, retail, and industrial properties.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and intellectually challenging environment.
• Admitted to practice in Illinois or taking steps to become admitted.

Education

• J.D. degree with strong academic credentials.

Certifications

• Admitted to the Illinois Bar or eligible for admission.

Skills
