Duties

• Represent clients in commercial litigation and professional liability litigation.
• Analyze insurance policies to identify coverage issues.
• Draft coverage opinions, reservations, and disclaimers.
• Represent clients in insurance coverage litigation.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in insurance coverage, cybersecurity, defense litigation, and/or commercial litigation.
• Admittance to practice in Illinois; Indiana admission is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent legal research and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects.
• Ability to identify and resolve problems quickly.

Education

• JD degree with excellent academic credentials.
