This role offers the opportunity to represent victims of wage theft in class action cases, focusing on unpaid overtime, meal and rest breaks, and unreimbursed expenses. The position provides significant exposure to state and federal litigation against various companies.

Duties

• Provide legal counsel and draft legal documents.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Advocate for clients in and out of the courtroom.
• Manage cases under senior attorney supervision.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active member of the California State Bar in good standing.
• Recent graduates awaiting bar results may be considered.
• Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.
• Ability to handle a caseload independently and meet deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Position is 100% in-person in downtown Los Angeles.
