Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Lead Employment Immigration Attorney in Dallas, TX. This role involves guiding clients through complex immigration processes, focusing on employment-based petitions and applications. The attorney will lead efforts to unite families and individuals through dedicated legal support.

Duties

  • Provide guidance and feedback to paralegal team and support staff.
  • Oversee preparation of employment-based legal documents, including H-1B, L-1, TN, O, E1/2, F, and B petitions.
  • Validate and oversee PERM, I-140, and green card applications.
  • Prepare briefs, cover letters, and immigration packets for submission.
  • Review and sign immigration packets, motions, and briefs.
  • Support and train staff in Dallas and Houston offices.
  • Stay updated on changes in immigration law.
  • Grow the Employment-Based Department in Dallas and Houston.

Requirements

  • US license to practice law.
  • Strong consultation skills and ability to track metrics.
  • Commitment to excellence and honesty.
  • Desire to help clients achieve their goals.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

  • Bar admission in any US jurisdiction.
