Duties

• Advise on employment law topics, including wage and hour, privacy, and discrimination.
• Draft and respond to legal documents such as demand letters and agency charges.
• Represent clients in litigation and agency charges, ensuring compliance with protocols.
• Prepare and deliver training materials for staff and contingent workforce.
• Support litigation hold processes, audits, and government investigations.
• Utilize AI tools to enhance legal research and client service.
• Maintain knowledge management practices for timely legal knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Experience in employment law, including litigation and counseling.
• Ability to manage high-volume caseloads efficiently.
• Strong knowledge management and process management skills.
• Commitment to ethical business practices and compliance with EEO laws.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.)
