A law firm seeks a talented Litigation Attorney in Las Vegas, NV, to join their accomplished team. The attorney will handle cases from inception through trial and appeal, including contract disputes, wrongful death, personal injury, commercial disputes, and business matters. Duties

• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings and motions.
• Manage discovery and attend depositions, hearings, arbitrations, mediation, and trials.
• Handle cases from inception to resolution.

Requirements

• At least two years of experience in premises, auto or products liability, healthcare, wrongful death, and personal injury (primarily defense positions).
• Experience managing a litigation caseload.
• Proficiency in drafting legal documents, such as briefs, motions, and discovery requests.
• Experience conducting legal research.
• Appearance at hearings, depositions, ADR proceedings, and trials.
• Excellent analytical, research, and writing skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Active member of the Nevada State Bar, in good standing.
• Experience in the courtroom and taking depositions; trial experience is a plus.
• Ability to manage a caseload independently while working collaboratively with team members.
• Client-focused mindset and a passion for achieving successful outcomes.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active member of the Nevada State Bar.
