A law firm is currently looking for a Junior Associate Attorney to join its team in Phoenix, AZ. Duties:

  • Conduct legal research and draft various legal documents such as motions, pleadings, and briefs
  • Participate in client consultations, providing case updates and gathering relevant information
  • Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, and negotiations under the supervision of senior attorneys
  • Assist with case strategy formulation and legal analysis to support the litigation process
  • Stay up-to-date with relevant legal developments and maintain knowledge of applicable laws and procedures
  • Work closely with senior attorneys and paralegals to ensure efficient case management and timely resolution

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
  • Admission to the State Bar of Arizona or pending admission
  • Strong research, writing, and analytical capabilities
  • Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines efficiently
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Prior internship or clerkship experience is preferred
  • Must reside in Arizona

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

  • Bar admission (Arizona) or pending admission
