Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Senior Litigation Attorney to join their team in Framingham, MA. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in commercial litigation, with a focus on collections and construction law. Duties

  • Draft and file pleadings and motions.
  • Appear in court to argue motions.
  • Prepare discovery and other legal documents.
  • Communicate with clients, witnesses, courts, and other attorneys.
  • Investigate and analyze client accounts and claims.
  • Manage client files and accounts.
  • Try bench and jury cases in all courts.
  • Oversee all aspects of civil litigation in state and federal courts.
  • Manage personnel.

Requirements

  • Over 10 years of commercial litigation experience.
  • Substantial non-small claims trial experience preferred.
  • Portable billings and existing clients preferred.
  • COVID vaccination and non-smoking status required.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

  • Valid Bar license.
