Location:

Duties:

• Independently manage a diverse family law caseload from day one.

• Handle all aspects of family law litigation, including trial and hearing appearances.

• Collaborate with experienced attorneys in a supportive, team-based environment.

• Contribute to case strategy and client management.

• Develop and refine courtroom skills through frequent legal proceedings.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in family law.

• Strong litigation skills with a focus on family law matters.

• Proven ability to independently manage a caseload.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and contribute to case strategy.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

• Active membership in the Texas State Bar.

Certifications:

• Texas State Bar License (Required)
