A law firm seeks a Residential Real Estate Associate Attorney in Charlotte, NC. Duties

  • Conduct residential real estate closings involving buyers, sellers, and lenders.
  • Review closing documents and title searches for legal sufficiency.
  • Address title curative matters and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Communicate with clients, brokers, lenders, and title companies throughout the closing process.
  • Handle a high volume of transactions while delivering top-notch service.

Requirements

  • JD from an accredited law school.
  • Licensed to practice law in North Carolina; South Carolina license is a plus.
  • Notary Public (or willingness to obtain before start date).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong sense of professionalism, attention to detail, and customer service mindset.
  • Experience in residential real estate law is helpful but not required.

Education

  • JD from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Licensed to practice law in North Carolina.
  • Notary Public (or willingness to obtain).
