Job Overview:

Duties:

• Serve as the primary legal point of contact for prospective clients during the intake process

• Conduct thorough legal assessments of potential claims, determining merit based on evidence and applicable law

• Identify and secure high-value cases involving catastrophic injuries or significant damages

• Maintain accurate and complete records within the client relationship management system

• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline intake workflows and improve client experiences

• Support broader firm initiatives by managing supplemental duties tied to intake performance and legal evaluation

Requirements:

• Minimum of 20 years of experience practicing law, preferably with a background in personal injury and trial litigation

• Proven ability to assess claims with precision and identify matters with strong recovery potential

• Track record of managing client intake or evaluation functions within a litigation-focused environment

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

• Active and good-standing membership with a State Bar

Certifications:

• Active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction

• Additional certifications or bar memberships are a plus.
