Longwood office of our client seeks a consumer protection attorney with 1+ years of experience. The candidate will draft motions and pleadings, negotiate settlements, handle court appearances, and prepare cases for trial. Have client contact as well as significant involvement in case strategy and management. Have Fair Credit Reporting Act litigation experience and/or other consumer protection experience.
The candidate must have a strong work ethic and the ability to drive cases to resolution. Have excellent analytical skills along with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
