A growing law firm in West Palm Beach, Florida is seeking a dedicated Immigration Attorney to handle a broad range of immigration matters, including removal defense, humanitarian relief, and business/investment visas. Location

• West Palm Beach, Florida

Duties

• Represent clients in immigration court, USCIS interviews, and related legal proceedings

• Prepare and file petitions and supporting documentation for a variety of immigration matters, including:

  • Deportation/Removal Defense

  • VAWA and Humanitarian Relief

  • E-2, EB-3, and Investment Visas

• Conduct legal research and draft motions, briefs, and memoranda

• Provide comprehensive legal advice and case updates to clients

• Manage all aspects of client cases independently from start to finish

• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to professional ethical standards

Requirements

• Prior experience practicing immigration law

• Familiarity with family-based, humanitarian, and business immigration cases

• Ability to manage a caseload independently

• Client-focused mindset with a commitment to quality representation

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications

• Active license to practice law in any U.S. jurisdiction (Florida preferred)

Skills

• Legal research and drafting

• Oral and written advocacy

• Strong interpersonal and client communication skills

• Detail-oriented case management

• Fluency in Spanish or other languages is a plus
