Duties

• Represent clients in civil litigation and criminal defense cases.
• Manage landlord/tenant disputes, representing landlords.
• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex cases.
• Attend court hearings and trials as required.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice law in Massachusetts.
• Experience in personal injury law is preferred.
• Willingness to travel within assigned counties.

Education
