Job Overview

A law firm seeks a transactional associate to join its Real Estate Department in Miami, Florida. Duties

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions.
  • Proficiency in purchase and sale agreements, title, and survey work.
  • Experience with financing transactions.
  • Admission to practice law in Florida.
  • Experience with condominium development projects preferred.

Education

  • Strong academic background required.

Certifications

  • Admitted to the Florida Bar.
