Job Overview

A law firm seeks a transactional associate to join its Real Estate Department in Miami, Florida. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and financing. This role involves working closely with mid-level and senior attorneys to deliver exceptional services to clients engaged in various real estate transactions.

Duties

• Assist in commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions.
• Draft and review purchase and sale agreements, title, and survey documents.
• Support transactions involving financing arrangements.
• Collaborate with attorneys to provide comprehensive legal services.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions.
• Proficiency in purchase and sale agreements, title, and survey work.
• Experience with financing transactions.
• Admission to practice law in Florida.
• Experience with condominium development projects preferred.

Education

• Strong academic background required.

Certifications

• Admitted to the Florida Bar.
