Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Labor and Employment Associate with 3-6 years of experience in Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) for its Los Angeles, CA office. The ideal candidate will have a background in OSHA compliance, enforcement, and related litigation, including managing on-site inspections and agency interactions.

Duties

• Manage OSHA compliance and enforcement matters.
• Conduct litigation, including depositions, discovery, and motion practice.
• Engage in environmental compliance and litigation.
• Collaborate with partners on case strategy and management.

Requirements

• 3-6 years of OSHA, MSHA, Environmental, and Whistleblower experience.
• Litigation experience preferred.
• Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Admission to the State Bar or ability to waive in.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the State Bar.
