A law firm seeks an Infrastructure Associate Attorney to join its Energy & Infrastructure practice in San Francisco, CA. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in infrastructure-focused projects, particularly in public-private partnerships (PPP), project financing, and drop-down transactions. This role requires a dynamic individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys collaborating closely with clients in the infrastructure sector.

Duties

  • Represent equity sponsors, financing parties, and private sector participants in PPP projects.
  • Engage in project financing and drop-down transactions.
  • Collaborate with clients to deliver innovative solutions in infrastructure projects.

Requirements

  • 6 to 9+ years of relevant experience in infrastructure projects.
  • Membership to the State Bar of California is required.
  • Strong academic credentials and superior communication skills.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Active membership in the State Bar of California.
