Litigation Associate Attorney

Location:

Duties:

• Conducting and defending expert and witness depositions.
• Drafting original motions and other litigation-related documents on complex matters.
• Preparing discovery requests and responses to be exchanged with various parties.
• Developing and maintaining client relationships through effective oral and written communication.
• Assisting in trial preparation, including drafting motions in limine, preparing exhibit and witness lists.

Requirements:

• 3-4 years of civil litigation experience, preferably with high-exposure, personal injury cases.
• Licensed to practice law in California.
• Experience in a billable work environment.
• Proven ability to manage a caseload independently.
• Excellent attention to detail with superior written and oral communication skills.

Education:

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Licensed and in good standing with the California Bar.
