  • Stay updated on changes in legislation that may affect clients' cases.
  • Participate in client meetings to discuss case progress and strategies.

Requirements

  • Strong litigation skills with the ability to advocate effectively for clients.
  • Proficiency in various areas of law including Workers Compensation Law, Environmental Law, Patent Law, Family Law, and Estate Planning.
  • Excellent writing skills for drafting legal documents clearly and concisely.
  • Familiarity with legal research tools such as Westlaw.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications
