Duties

• Conduct legal research, draft documents, and prepare case briefs
• Manage case files, deadlines, and client communications
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on trial preparation and strategy
• Represent clients in court proceedings, depositions, and mediations
• Work on a range of civil litigation cases, including complex matters
• Maintain high standards of legal documentation and client communication

Requirements

• Bar admission in Oregon (required) and Washington (preferred)
• 2-5 years of experience in civil litigation
• Strong organizational and time-management skills suited to a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in both written and oral communication
• High attention to detail and accuracy in legal documentation

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications

• Active Bar License in Oregon; Washington Bar License preferred
