This role is ideal for attorneys with up to five years of experience who wish to gain comprehensive litigation skills, collaborate directly with seasoned litigators, and meaningfully contribute to client advocacy in personal injury matters.

Duties:

• Perform thorough legal analysis and prepare litigation documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.

• Support senior attorneys with strategic case planning and litigation tactics.

• Engage in direct client interactions, assisting with case updates, and addressing client concerns.

• Attend and actively participate in court proceedings, mediations, and depositions.

• Provide essential trial preparation assistance and actively participate during trials as appropriate.

Requirements:

• Licensed and active member in good standing with the California State Bar.

• Between 0-5 years of legal experience, preferably in litigation.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication capabilities.

• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.

• Genuine enthusiasm for personal injury litigation and advocating effectively on behalf of clients.

Education:

• Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law institution.

Certifications:

• Must possess an active California Bar membership.
