Duties

• Meet with estate planning and probate clients.
• Prepare and review estate planning and probate documents.
• Communicate regularly with clients to update them on their matters.
• Perform legal research.
• Maintain organized records following firm processes and policies.
• Log client information and notes into law software.
• Interact courteously with clients, other counsel, and internal staff.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• License to practice law in Texas.
• 1.5+ years of experience preferred but not required.

Education

• Juris Doctor degree.
