Duties

  • Lead bodily injury and uninsured motorist claims from pre-suit to resolution.
  • Conduct depositions, hearings, mediations, and full trial preparation and execution.
  • Present PowerPoint presentations and other visuals during mediation and trial.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of experience handling bodily injury and UM claims in Florida.
  • Proven trial experience with mastery of the Florida Evidence Code and Florida Rules of Civil Procedure.
  • Strong courtroom presence and confidence under pressure.

Education

  • J.D. degree.

Certifications

  • Active Florida Bar membership in good standing.
