Austin office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a corporate partner with 8 years of corporate transactional experience with either a large law firm or a sophisticated corporate boutique. The candidate should preferably have extensive experience with corporate, M&A, and/or real estate matters and a portable client base. Book of business required (at least $500K ideal). Must be Licensed in Texas.

The candidate must have proven business development skills and a desire to contribute to the growth of the practice. Should have excellent client management, communication, and leadership skills.
